Lesley Jones, MPT
Founder & Owner
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
I’m Lesley Jones, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with over 19 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and more than 13 years specializing in pelvic health. I help both women and men find relief from pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, and related conditions through compassionate, one-on-one, evidence-based care.
My path to pelvic health physical therapy is both professional and personal.
Originally from Canada, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Injury Therapy from the University of Western Ontario before moving to the United States to complete my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. After a few snowy winters, I traded cold weather for sunshine and relocated to Naples, Florida, where I’ve proudly served the Southwest Florida community since 2017.
My passion for pelvic health became deeply personal after the birth of my first child, when I experienced pelvic floor dysfunction and pain firsthand. After receiving treatment and seeing the life-changing impact of pelvic health therapy, I knew I wanted to help others feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Today, I have advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and specialize in treating pelvic pain conditions including, urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse, prenatal and postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, bladder pain syndromes, endometriosis, erectile dysfunction, post-prostatectomy recovery, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
In addition to clinical care, I’m honored to serve as a guest instructor for the Florida Gulf Coast University DPT Program Pelvic Health Lab and a lab instructor with Pelvic Health Solutions, helping educate future pelvic health professionals.
Outside of the clinic, my greatest joy is spending time with my two wonderful kids. They are truly my pride and joy. When I’m not with them, you’ll usually find me enjoying everything Southwest Florida has to offer, from relaxing on the beach to exploring local restaurants and staying active in the Naples community.
